No stock. Your piece is embroidered after you order — production and shipping together take 7–15 business days, depending on where you live.

Embroidery vs print
Most cheap apparel is printed. Here is what changes when the design is stitched instead.
| Feel | Raised thread you can feel under your fingers, not flat ink on the surface. |
| Reverse side | Stitching runs through the fabric, so the back shows the work too. A print has nothing on the reverse. |
| Washing | Thread is part of the fabric, so it will not peel or crack the way printed ink can over time. |
| Look | Thread catches light differently from different angles, giving the design depth a flat print cannot. |
When your piece arrives, check it yourself
- Touch it. Real embroidery is raised — run a finger over the design and you feel the thread.
- Look at the reverse. You will see stitching on the inside, not a flat image.
- Stretch it gently. Thread moves with the fabric. Print can crack when the fabric stretches.

Will the colours match the photo?
Swatch colours are close approximations, not exact thread shades. Your chosen garment colour is confirmed with the Atelier before stitching, so there are no surprises.
Can I add a name or a pet's name?
Yes — use “Make it yours” when you configure your piece (+$7). It is stitched as an extra personalisation on your garment.
How long will my order really take?
The time includes both production and shipping: Germany 7–10 business days, European Union 7–15, United States 10–15. Every piece is made to order, so nothing ships from stock.
What happens after I send my configuration?
The Atelier confirms your design with you on WhatsApp first, then sends a secure payment link for exactly that configuration. This page never takes payment on its own, and nothing is stitched before confirmation.
Do you keep pieces in stock?
No. Every piece is stitched after you order, for one person. That is why the Atelier confirms each design before stitching.
