How does ordering work?
Configure your piece, then send it to the Atelier on WhatsApp. We confirm the design with you first — nothing is stitched before you approve it. After confirmation you receive a secure payment link for exactly that configuration.
How long does it take?
Every piece is embroidered within 7–15 days of design approval, then shipped with tracking.
Can I put my own pet, name or date on it?
Yes — choose the Custom Pet Portrait design or add a name or short phrase to any design, and send your photo or wording on WhatsApp.
What if something arrives wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we will make it right. Because every piece is made for one person, please confirm your design carefully before stitching begins.
