Last updated: 25 October 2026. VYORA Atelier is a small made-to-order embroidery studio. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we receive and what we do with it.
When you browse this website: we do not run accounts, checkouts or analytics that identify you. Product images are served from a content delivery network, which may see the usual technical details of an image request (such as your IP address) the same way any website's images do.
When you commission a piece: you share a design configuration (design, garment, colour, size, shipping region and any personalisation text) and, only if you choose to, a way to contact you (for example a WhatsApp number or an email address). This happens over WhatsApp, or through an AI assistant connected to our public MCP server, which records the same configuration as an order request.
What we do not collect: we never ask for, receive or store card details, bank details or passwords. Payment happens only after we confirm your design, through a secure payment link sent to you directly — the payment provider handles that step, not this website and not our AI tools.
Your configuration and contact details are used only to: confirm the design with you, arrange payment, stitch and ship your piece, send tracking, and answer you if something goes wrong. Your IP address is used only briefly, in memory, to rate-limit automated requests; it is not stored with your order.
Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: the shipping carrier (which needs your delivery details) and the payment provider (which handles payment). We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. If you use ChatGPT or another AI platform to reach us, that platform's own privacy policy applies to your conversation there; our server receives only the tool inputs from that conversation.
Order requests are kept for as long as needed to fulfil and support your order. You can ask us at any time to correct or delete your order record and contact details, and we will do so unless we still need them to complete an order you have already paid for.
