Every piece is stitched once, for one person, after you order it. Nothing is stocked. No piece is stitched until we confirm the design with you — over WhatsApp, or through the confirmation step of an AI-assisted order. A request made through our website or an AI assistant is not a paid order until you have confirmed the design and paid through the payment link we send you.
Prices are shown in whole US dollars for the exact configuration you choose (design, garment, colour, size, shipping region and any extras). The price shown for your configuration is the price you pay; there are no hidden charges. This website never takes payment on its own.
Colour swatches on the website are close approximations. The exact thread shade is confirmed with you before stitching. Personalisation text (a name or short phrase) is stitched exactly as you approve it, so please check spelling before confirming.
Estimated times include both production and shipping: from the day you order to the day it reaches you, please allow about 10–15 days. We ship with carriers including DHL, UPS and USPS, and a tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships. Delivery estimates are estimates: delays caused by a carrier, customs or events outside our control do not make a made-to-order piece returnable on their own.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel: if stitching has not started, we can usually change or cancel the order. Once a custom piece has been stitched, it cannot be resold, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind. If a piece arrives faulty, damaged or different from the design you confirmed, tell us promptly with a photo and we will put it right — by repair, remake or refund, as appropriate to the fault.
Designs shown in the collection belong to VYORA Atelier. Photos or text you provide for a custom piece (for example a pet portrait) are used only to make your piece. You confirm that anything you ask us to embroider is yours to use, or that you have permission to use it.
If you order through ChatGPT or another AI platform, the AI assistant helps you choose and sends us an order request. It cannot take payment, change prices, promise a delivery date on our behalf, or start stitching. Only our confirmation to you counts as acceptance of the order.
